OeM is a guild that prefers to stay relatively small. We prefer a group of tight knit players over the massive guilds out there where nobody knows each other.
PvE
The guild takes a casual approach to PvE. We prefer grouping with each other and taking swings at dungeons and other group related content. We like to keep a level head during said content but are not above training the new players and members rather than removing them from the groups due to lack of experience.
PvP
The guild although not based around PvP in any way still enjoys a battleground or two once in a while. Do not expect to see many of our members in the hardcore arenas. The non-rated PvP content however will see enough of our members. The guilds second in command loves some PvP here and there and would most likely end up PvPing enough that casual battleground groups could be set up, this is however not our core.
RP
The main aspect of the server we are on is RP (Roleplaying). The guild will contain a part of the guild for the RP players with the guildmaster being an avid RPer and more than willing to set up full RP events if enough of the members are interested. The first thing I will be doing is creating a nice bar for the guild to use and abuse for RP reasons.

Marshal
The Guild Master. There will only ever be one of these.
Rangers
The guild officers. Three or four people maximum will have this position.
Wranglers
Members that have proven themselves to be an asset to the guild are granted this rank. It is the same as colonist in many ways but has more right.
Colonist
After a short "Trial" period. Members will be accepted into the guild as a full member. This rank is also the first rank to receive guild bank rights.
Pilgrim
The initiates of the guild. The members who have not yet fully earned their place in the guild.
